Are Cleanogo products safe to use around children and pets?
Yes! All Cleanogo formulas are blended using 100% plant-derived, non-toxic surfactants and naturally active ingredients. They contain zero chlorine, ammonia, parabens, or synthetic dyes.
What surfaces can I clean with the Multi-Purpose Cleaner?
Our Multi-Purpose Eco Cleaner is safe on granite, sealed marble, stainless steel, glass, wood laminates, ceramic tiles, and painted walls.
Do Cleanogo products leave chemical residue or fumes?
No. Our formulas evaporate cleanly without leaving toxic chemical residues, heavy synthetic perfume fumes, or sticky films.

How long does delivery take within Bangladesh?
Deliveries within Dhaka city usually arrive within 1–2 business days. Outside Dhaka deliveries take between 2–4 business days.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as well as manual mobile banking payments via bKash and Nagad.
How can I track my placed order?
You can track your package anytime on our Track Order page by entering your Order Number and phone number or email address.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return or exchange policy?
If a bottle arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will issue a replacement or refund immediately.
How do I request a refund for a damaged item?
